I was kept informed of the state of my order; from when it left the factory and when it was despatched from the warehouse to the Post Office and possible delivery date. I was also given the tracking number so that I can track my Parcel, should I wish to do so.
The Post office delivered the parcel on time. So, I am very impressed by the service provided by Spares2Repair.
