We have seen an improvement in performance with our logistics partners.
Due to ongoing restrictions in the UK, we do expect some local delivery disruption may remain due to the increase of parcels in the network and the impact caused by COVID safe work place changes, please be understanding that we do all we can to get your item to you on time.
At the moment Coronavirus is not impacting our staff's ability to manage our warehouse inventory or ship orders out of our facility to customers. We will continue to monitor the performance of our delivery services and update the site should delivery times start to slip due to pressure on the carriers.
In Store collections are now available again, you must await an email confirming your product is ready for collection.

Our staff are being well looked after and provided with PPE where applicable, distancing between staff is being observed and all staff who are working on site want to be there and work to serve our customers. Our staff our amazing!

Royal Mail are prioritising their Special Delivery service, which in our shipping options is classed as Priority. However, please note that all delivery companies are under great pressure at the moment due to the increase in online shopping. Please be understanding if your item is late, we are all doing our best.
